My video and audio are not synchronized

1) The video on the preview screen can be out of sync with audio, However the video is synchronized with thw audio in the recorded file.
2) The quality of the synchronization depends on the frame rate you achieve. The maximum synchronization error of the current version of Debut is within 2 video frames interval. Framerate depends on the video capture device and video encoder you use.
