FastFox can be used with any program, this article focuses on email clients.

Once you have installed FastFox, it's easy to start setting up shortcuts!

Press Add(+) and select a Simple Text, Rich Text, Picture, or Macro Shortcut.
For Simple Text, input the abbreviation or word in the "Shortcut:" box.
Input the entire message in the "Expansion" box and click OK to save your shortcut.
In your mail client, type the shortcut you created.
Press space or enter, and it will automatically enter the entire message!
