Can I run Express Accounts, Express Invoice and Inventoria from one program?

This isn't an option at this stage. It is something we are looking into for future releases.
Currently, Express Invoice can update Express Accounts via the check box in the 'Apply Payment' page, and Express Invoice has a mini Inventory included.
