現在お使いのソフトウェアのバージョンを確認するには、プログラムのメイン画面上部にあるヘルプメニューをクリックし、「Prism 動画ファイル変換ソフト情報」をクリックしてください（「ヘルプメニュー」は「ヘルプ」と書かれた文字のことで、ヘルプ用のアイコンではありませんのでご注意ください）。

ご購入後3か月以上が経過している場合、最新版をお使いいただくためには有料でアップグレードを行っていただく必要があります。アップグレードの価格はhttp://www.nch.com.au/upgrade/jp/index.htmlのページに、お持ちの登録コードとキーを入力いただくことでご覧いただけます。

最新バージョンをインストール後、現在お使いのバージョンへ戻す可能性がある場合はプログラムのバックアップを行ってください。Windowsの場合はプログラムファイルから当該ソフトが格納されているサブフォルダを別の場所へ保存する形でバックアップを行います。Mac OSの場合はアプリケーションフォルダから当該ソフトをコピーしバックアップ用のロケーションに保存してください。バックアップは、旧バージョンを復旧するために必ず必要な作業ですので忘れずに行ってください。
