Can I create DVD's with Prism?

Yes. Simply select the files you want to be on the disc, then select File > 'Create and burn DVD' (or press Ctrl + D).

Prism will use Express Burn Plus for this operation.  Express Burn Plus is licenced software available here for a 14 day free trial.   NCH provide a free version for CD burning only called Express Burn. This download is available from the same page.
