What if you forgot Verity Login credential or not receiving password In your Email ID?

If you were unsuccessful recovering your password you will need to restore the computer to a date earlier than that of Verity's installation.
If still unsuccessful, go to Start menu -> Run -> Type "msconfig.exe" -> Go to Startup tab -> Remove "Verity" from the list -> Click "OK" button to save -> Restart your computer -> delete the installation folder C:\Program Files\NCH Software\Verity
