How do I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your password, click on the Forgot your password? link on the login screen. A new password will be emailed to you.

You can also ask your program administrator to give you a new password by doing the following on the host computer.

1. Click the Options button on the toolbar
2. Go to the Web Accounts tab
3. Select the User
4. Click the Preferences... button
5. Enter the new password in the Password: text box
6. Click the OK button to save the changes
