What to do when DreamPlan fails to launch successfully?

If DreamPlan fails to launch successfully, it is advisable to consider one of the following actions:

1. Reinstall DreamPlan
2. Update graphics card drivers
3. Clear shader cache, then reinstall DreamPlan
Deleting every file in ~\AppData\LocalLow\Intel\ShaderCache, then reinstall DreamPlan
4. Rollback graphics card drivers
Do this through device manager - right click on graphics card - select Properties - Driver - Rollback driver.
