How do I connect the DVD Maker USB2.0 to my VCR and PC?

Connecting the DVD Maker USB 2.0 to your computer

One end of the DVD Maker USB 2.0 has two cables. This is the side that connects to your PC.

• Connect the USB cable to a USB port on your PC
• Connect the Audio Jack to the Audio Input port of your PC, (normally labeled Line In)

If you are not sure which cable is the USB cable and which is the Audio Jack, please refer to the diagram in your User Manual

Connecting the DVD Maker USB 2.0 to your VCR

The other end of the DVD Maker USB 2.0 has four cables. These cables will connect to your VCR. You can connect them to the RCA cables that you normally use to connect your VCR to your television.

• Connect the yellow cable to the yellow Video Out jack
• Connect the white cable to the white Audio Left jack
• Connect the red cable to the red Audio Right jack
• Connect the black cable to the S-Video terminal
  Please Note: If you are using the RCA cables, you do not need to connect this cable

Installing the DVD Maker USB 2.0 drivers

1. Make sure that your DVD Maker USB hardware is connected to your VCR and computer as directed above
2. Locate the CD-ROM in the DBD Maker box
3. Insert the installation CD into the CD-ROM drive of your computer
4. The autorun page will appear, please select Driver Install
5. Follow the installation wizard instructions
6. Once the driver installation is complete, restart your computer
