Start Express Animate and click the Load Media button on the toolbar to select and add your video.
Use the Change Composition Duration button to the right of the timeline to fit the clip.
Adjust options to optimize for size and quality needs.
Go to the File menu and select Save Video.
Browse to a Save to location. Select .gif for your file format, adjust output settings such as resolution, and click Create to finish.
Watch and share your finished GIF animation!
