  1. After you've downloaded Express Zip, select "Create a new archive" from the launch window. Then, click on "Add Files" or simply drag and drop the files that you want to send via email into Express Zip. Add the files you want to compress.

  2. Once you have chosen your files, notice that Express Zip displays the name of the compressed file on the left, and all of your selected files on the right, including their original and new compressed file sizes. To begin the emailing process, simply click on the “Email” icon located in the top corner of the interface. Click the Email icon.

  3. This will prompt you to enter the email address you would like your compressed archive file delivered to:
    Send Archive as Email.

  4. When Express Zip is done emailing your archive, a successful message will appear at the bottom of your screen stating: “Email Sent Successfully” Email sent successfully.
