How to Flip and Rotate Digital Pictures

Download and install PhotoPad Photo Editing Software.
Open your image into PhotoPad by pressing Ctrl + O on your keyboard or by dragging and dropping it directly into the program.
The Flip and Rotate tools are located on the Edit tab.
To flip a picture, simply click the Flip button on the toolbar then select your desired options in the Effects History and Layers panel.
Use the Horizontal and Vertical buttons to flip your picture in the chosen direction. If the result isn’t quite what you imagined, simply click the Reset button to start over.
To rotate a picture, Click the Rotate button on the toolbar then select your desired options in the Effects History and Layers panel.
To rotate left or right 90 degrees, use the 90o left or 90o right buttons. The button with the double arrows will rotate your image 180 degrees.
For arbitrary rotations, such as a slight rotation to fix a horizon line, enter a number between 0 and 360 in the Rotation text box field.
You can also simply click and drag with your mouse on the image. A grid will appear to help you align your image just right. You can snap to the nearest 45 degree angle by holding the CTRL key while clicking and dragging your mouse.
Finally, toggle the Crop corners checkbox on the Effects History and Layers panel, if you want to crop out empty areas.
