How to Resize a Picture in Pixillion

This guide shows you how to resize a picture. Resizing an image allows you to adjust the file size to meet file specifications on the web or for storage on your computer.

Open your copy of Pixillion Image Conversion software
Click on the Add Files button and select the file or files you would like to resize

Select your Output Format and Output Folder. You can choose to have your resized image output as a different file type if you would like. Your destination folder is where your resized image will go after the conversion.

Click on the Resize button to open the effects window and choose how you would like to scale your image to resize it. You can scale your image to resize it by percentage, long side, original aspect ratio, predefined frame size or by custom frame size.

After you have used the Scale function to resize your image, press Ok to close the effects window. Select the image or images that you would like to resize with the settings you chose and then click Convert

When resizing an image in Pixillion you can choose how Pixillion will handle pixelation in your image by changing the filter to either Sharp Square Pixels or Smooth Blurry Pixels.
