Can I create users for Web access with rights to adding items but not deleting them or similar different rights?

Inventoria currently has three different User Privilege options.

• Administrator: Allows the user to modify other user's preferences, add transactions, edit transactions or remove transactions.
• User: Allows the user to add transactions, edit transactions or remove transactions.
• Viewer: Allows the user to view transactions only.
