How do I backup my data?

We recommend that you regularly backup your data to a secure location. If your hard drive crashes, we are only able to help you restore your data if you have a backup folder.

1. From the Tools menu, select Back Up Data...
2. Select a location for your backup folder from the following options
• Back up to a Network Folder
• Back up to a CD or DVD with Express Burn
• Back up to a Removable Drive
3. If you are backing up to a network or removable drive, select the location
4. Click the Back Up button
