What happened to the Paid status column in the Invoice List?

Express Invoice has changed to use an account based payment system where payments are applied to the customer's account - not to a specific invoice.

You can still mark an invoice as being paid by editing it using the Invoice dialog window, however this will not be displayed in the Invoice List. You will need to open and view Invoices to see this status.
