How do I to apply a payment to an invoice using Web Access ?

1. Click Apply Payment in the Actions list on the Main screen
2. Select the Customer: from the dropdown list
3. Enter the invoice number
• To see a list of invoices, click the Click here to view list of invoices link
4. Enter the Amount:
5. Select a payment Method: from the dropdown list
6. Enter a Reference Number:
7. Click the Record button
