Microsoft Xbox 360 can't play videos converted with Prism

If you see one of the following error messages when attempting to play a file converted with Prism on a Microsoft Xbox 360, "51-C00DF236" or "A required software or media update is not installed", please make the following changes.

Install the Optional Media Update on your Xbox 360. The update is free, and can be found at xbox.com.
