After conversion my audio is out of sync with the video

Please change your Bitrate options. You may need to experiment with different Bitrates to get the correct result.

1. Click the Encoder Options button at the bottom of the window
2. Use the Video Bitrate (kbits per second): dropdown list to change the Bitrates
3. Click OK to save your changes
