Few of my images are skipped when I save slideshow.

Try creating a mini-slideshow using just the skipped images. If the exported file does not contain the images, you need to download the KLite codec pack. After the codec pack has been installed, export your slideshow again.

If the images do export in your mini-slideshow, restart PhotoStage and export the original slideshow again.
