Does this software allow you to create chapters for a DVD?

Yes. Add bookmarks to your timeline to separate the timeline into sections. These bookmarks can be used as DVD chapters.

To add a bookmark:

1. Select the point in your timeline where you would like to add a bookmark
2. Open the Sequence menu in the menu bar
3. Select Player
4. Select Set Bookmark at Cursor

You can also simply right-click on the timeline at the correct location and select Set Bookmark....
