Can you set Fling to run a backup to an FTP server at a scheduled time?

It’s not possible to a backup to a particular time. You can use any one of the following options only,

 Manual (right-click on files in the folder and select Fling->Upload)
 Automatic (transfer files when a change is detected)
 Scan for Changes at a Preset Interval
 Check Interval in Minutes
 Scan Folder on Demand (click Scan to transfer all new changes)
