How do I work with multiple currencies?

Each business may only have one currency. You will need to use the multiple businesses feature of Inventoria. Create a new "business" for each currency. eg "Your Business (USA)" and "Your Business (UK). Each can have their own currency and customer accounts.

Create multiple businesses

1. Select Multiple Businesses from the Inventory menu
2. Click the Add New Business... button
3. Click the Finish button
4. Select the business from the list and click the Select button

• Please Note: You will use steps 1 and 4 to switch between businesses

Set business currency

1. Click the Options button on the toolbar
2. Go to the Other tab
3. Enter the Currency Symbol:
4. Select the Currency Order: from the dropdown list
5. Select the Currency Digits: from the dropdown list
6. Make any other changes from the defaults as needed
7. Click the OK button to save your changes.
