Can I keep basic Inventory checks within Express Invoice without installing Inventoria?

Yes. You can track stock levels using Express Invoice.

1. Select Items from the View menu
2. Select an Item and click the Edit button
3. Go to the Inventory tab
4. Select the Manage the inventory stock levels checkbox
5. Enter the Current Quantity:
6. Enter the Ideal Quantity:
7. Enter theWarning Quantity:
8. Click the OK button to save your changes

You can also enter the inventory levels when you add a new item. Simply click the Add button on the Items window and enter all of the information on both the Item tab and the Inventory tab.

To receive a warning on items that are not in stock, follow these steps:

1. Click the Options button on the toolbar
2. Select Inventory from the list on the left
3. Select the Show warning for items that aren't in stock checkbox
4. Click the OK button to save your changes and close the window
