All my videos are .vpj and I cannot play them outside VideoPad.

.VPJ files contain the VideoPad project files and can only be opened in VideoPad. They do not actually include the videos to be played. They are meant to save your work in between sessions before you are ready to build your final movie.

To create a movie that can be played outside of VideoPad, click the Save Video button in the Home tab toolbar, and choose an output format to save the video.
