How do I add multiple users?

Reflect is not password protected on the host computer. Any user can access the program and information from this computer. If you want to limit a user's access and assign them a password, you will need to set up Web Access.

To add a new user, please follow these steps:

1. Click the Options button on the toolbar
2. Go to the Web Accounts tab
3. Click the Add button
4. Enter the User information
5. Assign User Privileges
6. Select the Organization that they may access
7. Click OK to save the new user in the system
8. Give the user their User Name and Password
9. Give the user the web address from the Web Access tab
